DETAILED INFO
From Zombie’s website:
“A busy routine at work can be challenging for a couple’s intimacy. The bed becomes an office, driving lovers away.
But if something is affecting a life together, it shouldn’t be taboo. In our new “Love Story” for Viagra Connect, we used beautiful animation to break the silence on men’s sexual health.”
This was my very first job as a CG Supervisor with Zombie Studio, and was a challenging one. When I started on this project back in early March 2020, COVID-19 was starting to strike, and by then we were working remote. This was the first full remote job from Zombie Studio, and my first full remote as CG Supervisor. This already made a complex film way more challenging.
I started on this job as a provisional Look Dev artist. By then, we had a 2D animatic, the characters fully modeled and some props ready. After some LD tests with the characters, CG Supervisor Yohann left the project to focus on another one, and I became the Supervisor, from the middle of the modeling process till the end. Yohann still helped us with camera animations and some initial integration with the animation sector. After it, we had basically one month to deliver a top production quality 2 minute film. We bravely did.
